These rates do not reflect any other time of year at our venues and are subject to change each year.

North Hollywood Venues

The Zephyr Theatre (74 Seats) In West Hollywood

The Zephyr Theatre has a 3/4th THRUST STAGE with two wing sections and a curtain that runs the width of the stage. It has 2 entrances from each side of the theatre that DO have an exterior cross over and one peak-a-boo entrance from the booth.

We have a lovely outdoor courtyard for patrons to gather before the show, 3 restrooms, 2 dressing rooms, Loading dock & Storage 

OUR RATES: $160/hour (1 hr minimum) plus the below additional costs

We book in 15 min increments

Upstairs @ El Centro (48 Seats) in Central Hollywood

Upstairs @ El Centro

Raised Stage with 47 seats

Private Lobby with 1 restroom and a Small changing room,

Fully LED Lighting System,

2 optional wing sections & 1 traditional entrance

OUR RATES: $125/hour (1 hr minimum) plus the below additional costs

We book in 15 min increments

Lounge on Melrose in West Hollywood

Lounge on MElrose

Studio D - 45 seats

Great for stand up, or solo productions

4 lights, 2 speakers, 1 mic, TV if needed for presentation

Studio E - 45 seats

Great for stand up, solo or 2 hander productions

4 lights, 2 speakers, 1 mic, projector/screen

Small backstage area plus 2 actor

OUR RATES: $75/hour/ Per Studio (1 hr minimum) plus the below additional costs

We book in 15 min increments

IMMERSIVE SHOWS!!!

SPECIAL OFFER $150/hr for all 5 Studios at this location to be able to do moving audience immersive shows. Inqurie about special rules/information.

Included With Your Rental @ all Venues

Additional Costs @ Zephyr Theatre & Upstairs @ El Centro Venues

  • Tech Person $35/hr to Run all Tech Elements & Program Lights

  • (Additional fee for programming Q-Lab)

  • Tech Rehearsal in the theatre $35/hr

  • Box Office Person $35/show

  • Insurance $225 (a one-time fee or waived w/own insurance)

    Additional Costs/Info @ Lounge on MElrose Venues

  • Box Office Person $35/show

  • Insurance $225 (a one-time fee or waived w/own insurance)

  • You provide a tech person

  • Optional Extra Studio for dressing room if needed with Studio D $10/hr
